Real estate has been part of my life since 2017, when I began hosting on Airbnb. Within six months, I was hooked and purchased my first investment property—a duplex.
After several years of buying, managing, and improving properties of my own, I realized I wanted to help other people do the same. I became a licensed real estate broker in 2022.
Since then, I’ve helped clients buy and sell homes throughout Tacoma and the Greater Puget Sound. When I walk through a property, I’m looking beyond paint colors and pretty staging. I’m thinking about the house itself, the neighborhood, potential repairs, long-term value, and how the space will actually work for the person buying it.
My approach is straightforward: I’ll tell you what I see, explain what matters, and help you make a decision that works for your actual life—not just the transaction.
